Established in 1993, the five time Governor's Home Town Award Winning Cicero Youth Commission continues to offer quality programs for the youth of Cicero. It is designed with the mission of providing educational and recreational opportunities for youth focusing on total family involvement when possible. Activities are offered after school and on weekends.

The CYC has partnered with Cicero Schools, Businesses, Park Districts, Youth Agencies, Police and Fire Departments, and Cicero Town Government. CYC offerings include After School and Summer activities, Cicero Safety Town, Adopt a Block, Town wide Spelling Bees, College Scholarships, Christmas, Easter, Halloween Haunted House Programs, Academic Honors Breakfast with the President, Family Movie Nights in the Park, Junior High Dance Parties, and more!

The CYC will continue to preserve the past, respect the present, as we plan for the future for the children of our community.
