The Town of Cicero Legal Department handles all legal matters involving the town. These matters include, but are not limited to:

• Town zoning information requests

• Town zoning appeals

• Applications for rezoning, special permits, and/or variances

• Fence variance requests

• Real estate transfer tax refund applications

• Claims against the Town of Cicero
