Please Remember the Town's Ordinances on Curfew and Unreasonable Noise as You Enjoy the Summer 7/16/2010 9:00:00 AM With the summer's warm weather here, that means it's time for summer fun and celebrating the season outdoors with family and friends at block parties and other events. The Town of Cicero encourages you to enjoy your summer, but please keep in mind the Town's ordinances on curfew and unreasonable noise.
Curfew No one under the age of 18 can be on any public land, in any public building, or on any street or highway in Cicero between 9pm and 6am Monday through Thursday, between 10pm Friday and 6pm Saturday, and between 10pm Saturday and 6am Sunday.
Anyone under the age of 13 is additionally prohibited from being on public property or on the streets between 9pm and 6am, Monday through Sunday.
Unreasonable Noise
Anyone living in the Town of Cicero is prohibited from making, causing or permitting any unreasonable noise outside in their yard, in a garage or shed between the hours of 9pm and 8am. This includes any and all music, whether coming from a radio, CD player, disk jockey (DJ), or band.
