Cicero Protests Chicago Water Rate Increases

After absorbing water rate increases for the past six years imposed by the City of Chicago, the Town of Cicero was forced to raise water rates this week after Chicago officials announced a 25 percent hike in water rates this year and 15 percent increases for each of the next three years.
