Notice of the Town Of Cicero's Intent to Enter Into a Franchise Agreement with Comcast of Illinois IV, Inc.

TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with the Cable Communications Policy Act of 1984, as amended, (47 U.S.C. §521, et seq.) the Town of Cicero, Illinois (the "Town") intends to enter into a franchise agreement with Comcast of Illinois IV, Inc. A draft of the proposed franchise agreement is available for public inspection in the Clerk's Office at Town Hall, which is located at 4949 West Cermak Road, Cicero, Illinois. Any interested party may review and comment on the proposed franchise agreement by or before July 25, 2010. Written comments may be submitted to the Cicero Legal Department.
